BFC Announce Style Awards 2017 with Swarovski
THE British Mode Council have announced that The Fashion Awards 2017 will exist returning to the Royal Albert Hall, Kensington, London this Dec. The annual effect celebrates fashion excellence with outstanding individuals and business, both British and international, taking centre stage and recognising their contributions to the global fashion industry.
The BFC's Instruction Foundation is funded primarily by The Fashion Awards. The premise of the awards is securing the future for the next generation of fashion talent simply to also gloat electric current leaders and their exceptional contributions to the industry. Caroline Rush CBE, CEO of The British Fashion Council, said, "Terminal twelvemonth's awards marked a landmark moment for the Education Foundation; it has been fantastic to see our manufacture reaffirm its support for education with such generosity." The Fashion Awards 2016 raised £700,000. The BFC Didactics Foundation received £300,00, with £400,00 invested in NEWGEN concern support and the BFC Colleges Quango. To date, the foundation has given over £100,000 to 12 BA and MA scholarships, in the final academic twelvemonth. BFC Chairman Matriarch Natalie Massenet MBE said, "Last yr we set the goal of raising £10million in ten years to educate talented young people".
Swarovski, acclaimed Austrian crystal producers, continue their generous back up of the educational foundation, in advance of the issue, pledging £300,000.
